Established in 2008 to capture the developing UK solar market, Harp Eco Solar has the benefit of over 22 years’ experience from our sister company Harp Windows behind us. With a steadily increasing emphasis on the energy performance capabilities of our window and conservatory installations, it seemed a natural progression for us to utilise our industry experience and build upon the solar installation side of the business.

We are a fully MCS accredited installer of solar panel electricity systems, also known as solar photovoltaics (or PV for short). PV systems capture the sun's energy using photovoltaic cells;the cells then convert the sunlight into electricity, which can be used to run household appliances and lighting. The photovoltaic cells can even generate energy when the weather is overcast, as they absorb scattered light.

In addition to photovoltaics, we are also an Eco Solar Equipment approved installer and can offer our customers the benefit of solar electricity hot water systems.
